I'm so glad you chose to visit my page. The purpose of Woman in the Tent is everything HOME!

 

The name comes from a story in the book of Judges about an unlikely hero, who, while going about her everyday tasks at home, defeated the enemy of her people; thereby saving her nation. "Most blessed of women is Jael... Most blessed is she of women in the tent." Judges 5:24

 

With topics ranging from cooking and decorating to homeschooling, and everything in between, my hope is that this page will foster a joy and even some fun as we navigate our time together at home. 

 

I grew up in the south and have the accent to prove it. I'm married to my best friend and we have two fantastic grown-up kids, two wonderful kiddos-in-law, one super-handsome grandson, and one splendidly gorgeous granddaughter. You might find us hanging out on a weekend listening to an 80’s hair band at a local concert venue, or sitting in front of the TV on UFC Fight Night.
