Peanut Butter Cream Pie


I was looking for a new recipe for Pi Day and I found this recipe for Peanut Butter Cream Pie at Taste of Home.


It only took a few ingredients.

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

  • 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 6 tablespoons whole milk

  • 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

  • 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches


I creamed the softened cream cheese and the peanut butter with my hand mixer.


Then I added the powdered sugar and the milk.


After I folded in the whipped topping, I spooned it into my pie crust and refrigerated overnight. It was so easy and so good!


Note: The Taste of Home recipe called for 1/4 cup peanuts to decorate the top. I didn't use the peanuts.
