Y'all, I'm serious! This is so soft and so moist and so good. After I ate the first couple of slices, I wrapped the rest of the slices in parchment then slid them into freezer storage bags, labeled the bags "Chocolate Cake" with the date and froze them. When you're ready for a slice, take it out of the plastic, but leave it in the parchment and microwave for 32-ish seconds.
